Login to the Business Portal and select Merchant Account Lookup.
Search for and select the Merchant Account where the surcharge will be applied.
Follow the link for MBS Merchant Editor.
In the Funding/Billing section, select yes from the dropdown menu Surcharge and enter a Surcharge Rate.
